The CEREMONY

As a result of the January    25    2026    VOTE  during which VITAM prevailed, the shareholders pledged their commitment to maintaining the goat’s life.

The goat was presented to the shareholders in a transformational ceremony to give him the name Zisis (for life). During this mystery, the currently deceased Mr. Soulis Moustakidis, an alchemist, artist and exquisite, was introduced to the shareholders by members of The Soulis Society. The Society, animated by several close friends, honored him for his quantum cosmology and practices, and for his idea of creating a unique financial scheme aimed to help other artists produce new work. Mr. Moustakidis’ idea inspired Dimitri Kotsaras to create this work.
The Soulis Society convened to evoke the spirit of Mr. Moustakidis in order to devise a new interpretive signature for him in the name of our friendship, The Soulis Moustakidis Society or SMS. The placement of this invocational message onto the printed shares released their limitations, transforming them from financial capital into art.

On that evening, The Goat Standard, LLC was dissolved. The Company no longer has ownership over its asset, Zisis, from that evening and in perpetuity. As Soulis says “Zero can be Gold” .    What is the value in that?

Postscript: QUANTOMNESS

Life preceding death within a cartesian system is accepted to be the truth. The Goat Standard wishes to recognize the possibility of life continuing in some form beyond the incalculable limits of death time, even if only through its evolving gestures acting within mortal bodies.
