The CEREMONY
In the case of a VITAM vote, the goat will be presented to the shareholders in a transformational ceremony. The shareholders will pledge their commitment to maintaining the goat’s life.
During this mystery, the currently deceased Mr. Soulis Moustakidis, an alchemist, artist and exquisite, will be introduced to the shareholders by members of The Soulis Society. The Society is animated by those close friends who honor him for his idea of creating a unique financial scheme aimed to help other artists produce new work. Mr. Moustakidis idea inspired Dimitri Kotsaras to create this work.
The Soulis Society will openly convene to evoke the spirit of Mr. Moustakidis in order to devise a new interpretive signature for him in the name of our friendship. The placement of this invocational signature onto the printed shares releases them from financial capital into art.
On that evening, The Goat Standard will be dissolved. The Company will no longer have ownership over its asset, the goat, then and in perpetuity.
QUANTOMNESS
Life preceding death within a cartesian system is accepted to be the truth. We recognize the possibility of life continuing in some form beyond the incalculable limits of death time.
