DINNER The goat will turn into an extravagant meal on February 15th 2026. It will be designed by a famous chef to be announced as a surprise on the night of the vote. It will provide up to 100 guests, the owners bearing the share certificates. The seats are transferable upon request by the shareholders.
At the end of the dinner, the Company owner will present the share to each rightful shareholder.
VITAM
CEREMONY A commemoration of the currently deceased artist Mr. Soulis Moustakidis will initiate the ceremony on February 15th 2026 led by the SOULIS SOCIETY MEMBERS. The goat will be brought to the ceremony and the guests will be offered the chance to pledge CORPORAL RESPONSIBILITY towards the goat.
As the Company will be dissolved, a home for the goat will have been be secured and the shareholders will be provided access to information and condition of the goat by the new care provider.
At the closing of the ceremony, the Company owner will present the share to each rightful shareholder.
LIQUIDATION AND VALIDATION OF THE SHARE
The future status of the company’s asset is subject to a majority vote, exclusively in the hands of the shareholders.
On January 11th, between sunrise and sunset in Greece, a live vote will be cast via an online voting platform, in absolute transparency to all shareholders. The result will be announced at midnight. A link to the live vote will be available for the public
